Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
Mallorca Marketing Team S.L. is responsible for the processing of the USER’s personal data and informs you that such data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD).

Why do we process your personal data?
To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The intended purposes of processing include:

  • Sending marketing communications via email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables commercial communication. These messages will be sent by the controller and relate to its own products and services, or those of its partners or suppliers with whom promotional agreements have been made. In no case will third parties have access to personal data.

  • Conducting market research and statistical analysis.

  • Managing orders, requests, responding to inquiries or any kind of petition made by the USER through any of the contact methods available on the data controller’s website.

  • Sending newsletters with updates, offers, and promotions related to our services.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?
Processing is legitimized under Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

  • With the USER’s consent: for sending commercial communications and newsletters.

  • For the legitimate interest of the controller: to conduct market research, statistical analysis, and manage requests made by the USER.

How long will we store your personal data?
Data will be kept only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable legal obligations. Once no longer necessary, data will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with industry standards.

Will your data be shared with third parties?
Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing. In such cases, data may be shared with service providers bound by confidentiality agreements and data processing contracts as required by current privacy laws.

What are your rights?
As a USER, you have the right to:

  • Withdraw your consent at any time.

  • Access, rectify, transfer or delete your data, and restrict or object to its processing.

  • File a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe that your data is not being processed in accordance with current regulations.
