Mallorca Marketing Team SL

 

1. Contract object
Mallorca Marketing Team SL provides marketing, consultancy and publicity services, including Addressable TV services, exclusive to employers and professionals with económica registrada activation. All contracts are celebrated and contracts for the provision of services between employers (B2B).

 

2. Naturaleza jurídica del contrato
The contracts celebrated by Mallorca Marketing Team SL are contracts for the provision of services in the sentido del artículo 1255 del Código Civil Spanish. Se establece expresses that no se trata de contracts con consumidores, por lo que no aplica el derecho de desistimiento recogido en la Ley General para la Defense de los Consumidores y Usuarios (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007).

 

3. Payment conditions
The conditions of the pago are detailed and the presupuesto or factura correspondiente. Salvo acuerdo expreso por escrito, el pago deberá efectuarse por adelantado o en el plazo acordado. In the case of retraso en el pago, se aplicarán los interests de demora previstos por la Ley 3/2004 sobre morosidad en operaciones commerciales.

 

4. Customer obligations
The client must accept the appropriate information and materials necessary for the correct delivery of the service. Cualquier retraso en la entrega de información puede afectar the plazos de ejecución sin ello suponga incumplimiento por parte de Mallorca Marketing Team SL

 

5. Responsibility
Mallorca Marketing Team SL is not responsible for the economic results derived from the use of the camps or materials used, and does not make decisions on the adoption by the client of a part of the prestados services.

 

6. Data protection
Ambas partes se comprometen a cumplir con lo establecido en el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos (RGPD) y la normativa Española vigente en materia de protección de datos.

 

7. Ley aplicable y jurisdicción
The present conditions are presented by the Spanish Legislature. Para la resolution de cualquier controversia derivada del contrato, las partes se someten a los juzgados y tribunales de Palma de Mallorca, renunciando expresamente a cualquier other fuero que pudiera corresponderles.

 

8. Modifications
Mallorca Marketing Team SL reserves the derecho de modify the present general conditions, prior to notification to the client. The conditions are very serious and are published and communicated at the moment of the contract.
